Open My page and choose Quiz from Blocks, or expand an existing Quiz.

Fill in the quiz title, questions and answer text. Use Add question for another question and Add answer inside a question for another choice.

Write the question and answer text; each answer has points for the results.

Under Results, fill in the result title, Button text, Short text and Link. Use Add result for another result.

Configure the result’s title, button, description and link. Long values are clipped in these native fields.

For each answer, set Points it adds for each result. The number controls display a range of 0–10 in whole-number steps.

Allow the changes to save, reload and check the question text, answer text, results and point values.
