Import and re-import a USD affiliate report

Import a USD CSV report with Other network when you need to name the report’s columns. Have the CSV and its column headings ready. The documented import form specifies USD reports only.

Map and import the report

  1. Open More → Connections and find Import an affiliate report.

  2. Under Network, choose Other network (name the columns) and use Choose File for your CSV.

  3. Enter the column names for Transaction ID column, Date column and Sale amount column. Map Commission, Currency and Sub-ID columns only when needed for your report.

autumn-guide-sales.csv selected with transaction_id, date, sale_amount, commission and currency mappings, empty Sub-ID, and day-first unchecked.

Match the selected file’s columns. This capture precedes Import.

  4. Check the mapping and choose Import. Read the import feedback, then open Receipts → Reported to check the imported rows.

Reported list with two historical imported 0.01 USD entries and a separate reported total.

Imported entries are labelled Reported (import). These are earlier records, not a result of selecting the new example file.

Re-import the same report

  1. Before selecting another file, check Network and the mapping again. In the documented interface, Network reset to Impact after import while the Other mapping fields remained.

  2. To repeat the same report, select Other network (name the columns) again and restore the same file and mapping.

  3. Choose Import and read the feedback. For the documented identical report, it showed 0 added, 2 already imported.

The report’s rows appear under Reported. The documented exact repeat did not add duplicate rows.
